What a VPAT costs
Published prices, what sits inside them, and what the rest of the market charges — so you can tell whether a quote you have been given is reasonable.

Prices cover a product of up to ten distinct templates. Templates, not pages: a hundred pages built from ten layouts is ten templates. If your product is larger we say so before starting, not on the invoice.
Turnaround is five business days. It is usually less, but five is what we will put in writing, and we would rather commit to a date we can hold than to the one that sounds better.
What is inside the price
- Evaluation of every distinct template — automated pass, deterministic evidence pass, full keyboard traversal, interaction and form probes, screen-reader reading order.
- Hand verification of every criterion that comes out as a failure, against the live product.
- The completed ACR on the edition your buyer named, signed and dated.
- The underlying defect list, so your engineers have something actionable rather than a PDF.
- Answering your buyer’s follow-up questions about the report itself.
What is not
- Fixing the defects. We can tell you precisely what is wrong and where; we do not ship code into your product.
- Testing paths that require completing a live financial transaction, unless you give us a test account or a sandbox. Where that limits the evaluation, the report says so in plain words rather than quietly guessing.
What the rest of the market charges
Useful context, because the range is wide enough to be confusing:

Suppliers who do not publish prices are not being evasive; scope genuinely varies. But it does mean a first quote is hard to sanity-check, which is why ours are on this page.
A quote far below this range is worth a question. A conformance report costs what it costs because someone has to operate the product by keyboard and listen to it with a screen reader. If that did not happen, what you have is a filled-in template.
