What we do
Accessibility conformance reports. Independent VPAT and Section 508 reports for companies whose customers will not sign without one. Every finding verified by hand before it is written down, and the report signed by the company’s authorized representative.
Certified document translation. We also operate CertMyTranslation, a certified translation service for immigration and official use in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland and New Zealand. Every order carries a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy and a public verification link.
Both work the same way: automation does the volume, a person checks anything the automation is not certain about, and a named representative signs the result and stands behind it. Nothing goes out under our name that nobody looked at.
Why we are credible on this, and where we are not
We are a small company. We are not going to claim a decade of enterprise engagements.
What we can show you is the work: a complete conformance report on our own product, published with five failures intact, and the re-test after we fixed them. That is a more useful thing to judge us on than a client list.
And a point of fact that cuts against the whole industry, ours included: no accreditation exists for this work. Anyone claiming to be certified to produce a VPAT is describing something that does not exist. Here is the publisher of the template saying so.
